砼路面裂缝灌浆材料的试验研究

Research on Grouting Material for the Crack of Concrete Pavement

摘要: 针对水泥砼路面板早期病害中的裂缝问题,在分析国内外研究成果和国内现有灌浆修补材料的基础上,选取了聚氨酯灌浆料.研究分析了稀释剂、填料等对粘结强度的影响,以及固化状态对粘结强度的影响.试验表明,聚氨酯灌浆料具有粘结强度高、稳定性好、固化时间短、施工简便等特点,尤其是能在潮湿界面中使用,与同类产品相比,价格低廉、经济合理.

Abstract: This paper, on the basis of analy sing the study achievements at home and abroad, and grouting material at home, has selected polyurethane as grouting material for the crack of concrete pavement, and analysed that diluent, filling element and solidified state have influence on the binding strength.The experiment results show that the grouting material has binding strength more powerful, of better stability, of shorter solidified time, of simpler construction and cheaper price, and can be especially used in the moist surface.
