摘要/Abstract

摘要： 笔者通过对多因素影响网络施工活动的状态及责任管理分析，提出了运用因素分析法原理解决交织责任影响项目中不同施工活动工期管理的基本思路和操作方法，简化了实践中的管理工作，有助于在合同工期管理实践中借鉴和参考;具有一定的现实意义.

关键词: 因素分析法, 施工活动, 工期, 责任管理

Abstract: Having analyzed various factors which affect the state of construction activities and corresponding liability management, this article put forward the essential ideas and operational methods on how to use factor analysis method to deal with the crossed responsibilities which affect the management of time limit in different construction activities. These ideas and methods mentioned above simplified the practical management jobs, which can be referred in practical time limit management of contract
