Abstract: Caiyuanba grade separation is the major project in the north bank connection of Caiyuanba bridge. The essay indicates the overall procedure of Caiyuanba grade separation design, the design difficult, the design idea and the feature of each design scheme in scheme comparing and selecting, which provide example and basis for further summarizing grade separation design in mountainous city
