摘要/Abstract

摘要： 运动车辆车标定位是车辆识别技术的核心之一，本文提出了运动车辆车标定位的“四阶段法”的概念，介绍了运动车辆车标定位的方法和关键技术，并行了车标定位实验，实验结果表明该方法具有较强的科学依据和实用价值．

关键词: ITS, 图像识别, 车辆标志, 阈值

Abstract: Vehicle-logo location moving vehicles is one key technology in vehicle recognition． The paper set the conception of the four-step method dvehicle-logo location of moving vehicles，introduced the method and key technology in vehicle-logolocation of moving vehicles，made experiment to prove the seientificity and practicality of the method ．
