聚丙烯纤维半刚性基层材料弯曲韧性试验研究

Experimental Research on Flexural Toughness of Semi-rigid Base Mixed into Polypropylene Fiber

摘要: 通过4点弯曲试验,得到了低掺量聚丙烯纤维半刚性基层与不掺纤维的普通基层材料的荷载一挠度曲线,并据 此分析了各类基层材料的弯曲强度、变形性能;按照日本砼协会(JCI)标准方法和美国材料与试验协会(ASTM c1018-_97)标准方法,分别计算得到了聚丙烯纤维半刚性基层材料与普通基层材料的韧性指数.韧性评价结果表 明,低掺量聚丙烯纤维半刚性基层材料具有较强的持荷变形能力,其韧性和抗裂性能显著高于普通基层材料.

Abstract: By the four-point flexural test.the load-deflection curves of semi-rigid base mixed into low polypropylene fiber and plain base were got,and the flexural intensity and deformation perforMance in virtue of theMwere an alyzed. According to the standard measures of JCl and ASTMC1018-97,the toughness index was calculated separately.Toughness valuation shows that the semi-rigid base mixed into low polypropylene fiber is characterized by sustained load deformation performance and distinct advantage over plain base in toughness and anti-crack performance.
