摘要/Abstract

摘要： 介绍了近年来国内外关于董事会治理特征的相关研究成果；采用定性的方法从理论上说明上市公司绩效与董事会治理特征之间的关系；然后采用定量的方法，将董事会治理特征量化为4个指标，收集最近3年上市公司的统计数据，利用统计软件对其进行分析处理；最后，提出合理的假设，建立多元线性回归模型，并利用采集的数据样本对假设和模型进行了实证检验．

关键词: 公司绩效, 董事会治理特征, 董事会效率

Abstract: Directorate government characteristics are very important for improving the corporate performance.Based on the four key indicators.an empirical research on the relationship between corporate performance and directorate govemment characteristics for Chinese Public company was conducted by the data from 2003 to 2005.The public companies need to establish reasonable scale of board of directors.
