基于Superpave技术的沥青路面再生研究

Research on Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement Mixtures Based on Superpave

摘要: 废旧沥青路面再生是沥青路面修建的新技术,它不仅节约资源、减少道路修建成本,而且改善相关环境.然而, 这些材料在Superpave设计规范中没有详细的说明,因此,有必要了解这些废旧沥青混合料是否能够在Superpave设 计中使用.通过使用Superpave技术对沥青再生混合料进行的试验,表明掺配废旧沥青混合料能减少新的沥青含量, 增加沥青砼间接拉伸强度.同时,掺配废旧料的沥青再生砼也在增强沥青路面的车辙抵抗性能、沥青砼间接回弹模 量和影响疲劳寿命方面起着重要的作用.

Abstract: Recycling of reclaimed asphalt pavement(RAP),as a kind of new material technique methods,is being used broadly in hot mixture asphalt(HMA)to save money and protect the environment.However,the use discipline of these materials is not clear in the Superpave mix design system.It is necessary to un derstand whether the RAP can be used in Superpave mix design procedure.The test results show that the recycling of RAP is reasonable and feasible in Superpave system.The use of RAP can significantly decrease the content of new asphalt and increase the indirect tensile strength of the mixture in the Superpave mix design.At the same time,the additional RAP also play a key role in enhancing the rutting resistance,increasing the indirect resilient modulus and improving the stiffness of these mixtures.
