船用柴油机增压加湿装置的设计

Design of Booster Humidification Devices for Marine Diesel Engine

摘要: 基于超声波水雾发生器,利用Atmel89C51设计了用于船用柴油机增压加湿装置的硬件构成和软件,完成了加湿装置的智能控制。系统有手动、自动两种控制方式,通过继电器,选择开启或关断振子个数和方位,控制加湿量的大小的同时满足优化的进气流场,从而很好地满足船用柴油机的实际需要。

Abstract: The hardware and software of humidifying equipment have been designed for ship compressor on the base of ultrasonic and Atmel89C51,and intelligent control of humidifying equipment has been also achieved.The system can be operated by manual and automatic control method.The number of working vibration generator and their orientation can be controlled by relay,and this control method can optimize flow field of air inflow and satisfy the actual needs of the marine diesel engine well.
