微混合动力城市客车动力系统的参数匹配

Parameters?Matching?of?Power?System?of?Micro?Hybrid?Electric?City?Bus

摘要: 在城市工况下,车辆怠速油耗大,车辆起停十分频繁,微混合动力汽车利用BSG对发动机进行快速启动和停止 控制,取消了发动机怠速工况。通过对车辆起动和制动工况进行分析,对城市客车动力传动系统结构进行改进,提出 了车辆控制策略,并对动力系统参数进行匹配设计。利用ADVISOR软件对车辆性能进行了仿真分析,确定了动力系 统各部件的参数。分析结果表明,改进后的动力系统结构能满足车辆起动性能要求,其燃油经济性也有所提高。

Abstract: Vehicles?are?fuel-consuming?under?idle?condition,?and?vehicles?start?and?stop?frequently?on?urban?conditions.?The?micro?hybrid?electric?city?bus?makes?rapid?start-up?and?stop?control?of?engine?by?use?of?BSG,which?equates?the?abolition?of?the?engine?idling?condition.?Through?the?analysis?on?start-up?and?braking?performance?of?vehicle,?the?structure?of?transmission?system?of?city?bus?is?improved,?the?control?strategy?is?proposed,?and?the?parameter?matching?of?power?system?is?designed.?The?simulation?analysis?of?vehicle?performance?is?done?by?using?the?ADVISOR?software?to?determine?the?parameters?of?the?components.?The?results?show?that?the?improved?structure?meets?the?requirements?of?start-up?performance?of?the?vehicle,at?the?same?time?the?fuel-consuming?is?more?economical.
