摘要： 出口集装箱堆场位置的确定是集装箱堆场管理中的重要环节,其对缩短集装箱船在港停留时间,提高集装箱 码头作业效率有着重要的意义。提出了一种优化出口集装箱堆场位置的启发式优化算法,模拟试验表明该算法能 够在保证装船质量的同时,有效提高集装箱码头装船效率

Abstract: Allocating conlahers in yard is a key process for each export contaher in yard managament,which is essential to shorten conlainer-ship's turnaround time in port and to enhance the loading performance of container ports. A heuristic algorithm is put forward to optimize the yard position of export containers. Simulation experiments show that this heuristic algorithm can improve the loading efficiency of contaher port, and keep the loading quality acceptable at the same time
