Mechanic Analysis on Defending Reflective Crack of Perpetual Asphalt Pavement with Rigid Base

摘要: 刚性基层长寿命沥青路面沥青层底部的反射裂缝,是由水泥混凝土板接缝处应力集中导致沥青面层底部应 力过大引起的。应用Abaqus有限元软件计算车辆荷载作用下沥青层底部接缝处的应力状态,分析了应力吸收层 类型、车辆轴载、接缝宽度、沥青面层厚度与模量、水泥混凝土基层厚度与模量、基础模量等因素对延缓反射裂缝的 影响。

Abstract: What causes the reflective cracking at the bottom of asphalt layer on perpetual asphalt pavement with rigid base is the excessive stress of the bottom of asphalt surface caused by the contact of the cement concrete stress concentration.The Abaqus finite element software is utilized to calculate the stress state of the bottom seam of asphalt layer under the action of vehicles'load. Meanwhile, the influence of delaying reflective cracking is analyzed by using the influence factors,such as different stress absorbing layers, axle load, seam width, asphalt surface layer thickness and modulus, cement concrete thickness and modulus, foundation modulus.
