小型汽油机的性能改进研究

Performance Optimization and Improvement of Small Gasoline Engine

摘要: 针对传统小型汽油机普遍存在结构和设计缺陷而导致性能欠佳的现象,从点火系统、进气系统、燃烧系统、燃 料供给系统等方面进行改进,并进行实例试验研究。试验结果表明: 改进后的发动机平均功率值提高了46. 58%; 平均扭矩值提高了47. 02%; 平均燃油消耗率值降低了31. 39%,但燃油消耗量上升了1. 31%; 最大扭矩上升了44. 36%; 最大扭矩对应的转速下降到2 404 r /min; 最大功率上升了50. 00%; 最大功率对应的转速上升到3 803 r /min。 这为传统小型汽油机性能改进提出了合理的方向和方法。

Abstract: Aiming at the general structures of traditional small gasoline engines and poor performance caused by design flaws,the improvement is carried out from the ignition system,the intake system,the burning system,and fuel supply systems; meanwhile,a pilot study is made. Experiment results show that the improved engine power averagely increase 46. 58%; torque averagely increase 47. 02%; fuel consumption rate averagely lower 31. 39%,fuel consumption rises by 1. 31%; maximum torque rises by 44. 36%,and its corresponding revolution declines to 2404r /min; the maximum power rises by 50. 00%,and its corresponding revolution rises to 3803r /min. Therefore,the reasonable direction and method is proposed for the performance improvement of traditional small engine.
