某越野车导向机构对侧倾的影响分析

Influence Analysis on Roll Movement Due to Guide Mechanism of Hard Off-Road Vehicle

摘要: 基于ADAMS /car 软件建立某硬派越野车的前悬架、后悬架及整车模型试验台,用实验与理论计算的方法验 证了模型正确性。在此模型基础上,通过修改模型某些硬点坐标,用稳态回转的控制文件对模型进行仿真,研究前 悬架和后悬架导向机构的安装位置对整车侧倾性能的影响,并通过定性和定量分析,得出仿真结果出现的原因,为 越野车做进一步的性能改善提供了依据。

Abstract: The front,rear suspensions and the whole vehicle experiment models of the hard off-road vehicle are built by use of ADAMS /car. And the accuracy of the proposed model is verified by the experiments and calculations. The roll movement researches caused by the guide mechanism of front suspension and rear suspension are made via the simulation driven by the constant radius cornering experiment drive file,and changing the hard point coordinates of the models’parts. Besides,the causes of simulation results are analyzed,which can provide the improvement for the handling stability of the hard off-road vehicle.
