Damping and Blasting Technology for 45m Deep Foundation Pit

摘要: 为了对重庆市江北城轨道车站开挖爆破进行减振优化设计,采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA动力学分析方法模拟了车 站基坑开挖爆破过程,分析了爆破所引起的基坑围护桩、竖井结构、区间隧道结构物的振动速度响应;根据数值模拟 结果提出了合理的减振方案;对比分析了数值模拟值与现场监测数据。结果表明:数值模拟值与现场监测数据表现 出相同的衰减规律;合理的减振爆破方案设计能有效地减小爆破对结构产生的影响;设置减振隔离带是一种有效的 减震方法。

Abstract: In order to optimize the damping and blasting excavation design of Jiangbei railway station in Chongqing, dynamic FEM research was carried out based on ANSYS/LS-DYNA, and the vibration velocities of retaining pile , air shaft, tunnel stmcture caused by blasting during the excavation process were analyzed and compared. According to the numerical simulation results , the reasonable damping strategy was proposed , and simulation data and monitoring data in field were compared and analyzed. 1t is indicated that simulation data and monitoring data have the same attenuation law; the blasting impact on 出e structure is effectively reduced by a reasonable damping design; and setting damping isolation belt is an effective method for damping.
