不同集料磨光值对沥青路面摆值的影响

Different Aggregate Polished Value Effect on the Swing Value of Asphalt Pavement

摘要: 集料的抗磨光性是影响沥青路面抗滑性能的众多因素中的主要因素。通过磨光试验以及加速加载试验研究发现,经过70万次作用后磨光值基本趋于稳定,3种集料磨光值呈指数形式衰减,磨光值大小为:玄武岩碎石>石灰岩碎石>破碎卵石。3种碎石磨光值衰减速率:玄武岩碎石<破碎卵石<石灰岩碎石。选取AC-13C级配,利用MMLS3加速加载仪在固定试验条件下进行室内模拟试验,经过200万次轮载作用后,摆值基本趋于稳定,其大小关系为:玄武岩碎石沥青混合料>破碎卵石沥青路面>石灰岩碎石沥青路面。利用SPSS软件对数据进行分析,得出沥青路面的抗滑性能呈对数形式衰减,3种碎石沥青路面抗滑性能衰减规律与集料的磨光值衰减规律相似,说明集料抗磨光性能是影响沥青路面抗滑性能的一个主要因素,玄武岩碎石更适合用于沥青路面上面层。

Abstract: Wearing and smoothening resistance of aggregates was the primary factor out of many factors affecting anti-skiding performance of asphalt pavement. Through experimental research, it was found that after 700 000 times wearing and smoothening, the polished value became basically stable and the polished values of the main three types of aggregates were decreased in exponential scale with polished value in order of: basalt crushed rock >crushed limestone >broken pebble. In-house simulating test was conducted with selected grading of AC-13C, by use of MMLS3 acceleration loading meter and under fixed testing condition. After 2million times of wheel loading were performed ,the swing value almost came to stabilization with its size relationship as:basalt gravel asphalt mixture >crushed pebble asphalt pavement >crushed limestone asphalt pavement. Software SPSS was used to data analysis and the results show that the asphalt surface slip resistance attenuation is in a logarithmic form and anti-sliding performance attenuation of three types of asphalt pavement with gravels is similar to polish value attenuation of the aggregates, which indicated that anti-wearing and polishing performance of aggregate is the main influence on anti-skiding performance of asphalt pavement and crushed basalt can more suitably serve as the surface of asphalt pavement.
