航道缠绕物水射流清除特性和机理

Properties and Mechanism to Clean up the Entanglements in Waterway Using Water Jet

摘要: 基于研制出的原型样机,试验研究了航道缠绕物水射流清除的特性,分析了磨料和水流之间的相互作用和运动特性,指出了切割断面锯齿形的产生原因。得到了切割特性的经验公式。在多次室内和天然条件下试验成果的基础上,分析了磨料水射流的切割机理,发现磨料的冲蚀作用和高速水流的劈裂作用是起关键作用的因素,尤其是前者对于缠绕物的清除效果更为显著。

Abstract: On the basis of the developed prototype, the properties to clean up the entanglements in waterway by using water jet were experimentally studied. The interaction and movement characteristics between the abrasive material and the flow were investigated. The cause to form the sawtooth shape of cutting section was explained; and the experimental formula for cutting characteristics was obtained. On the basis of many sets of test results in experimental case and natural field condition, the cutting mechanism of the water jet of the abrasive material was analyzed. It is discovered that the erosive effect of the abrasive material and the splitting effect of the high speed flow are dominating factors; especially, the former factor has more remarkable effect to clean up the entanglements.
