振动压实动态实时传输及监控技术研究

Dynamic Real-Time Transmission and Monitoring Technology of Vibration Compaction

摘要: 结合4G技术,基于LabVIEW平台研发了具备即时无线传输、实时显示以及判定压实度是否合格等功能的振动压实动态监控系统。在云南省玉楚高速公路开展了工程实测,并通过对现场施工监控界面与远程监控界面进行比对,验证了动态监控系统在传输结果的差异性、准确性和适用性等3个方面都表现良好。研究结果表明:结合4G技术研发的系统属于一种新的压实度检测方法,解决了不能及时全面检测路面压实度的问题,克服了传统压实度检测方法的不足,搭建的振动压实动态监控系统对指导路面施工具有参考价值。

Abstract: Combined with the 4G technology, a vibration compaction dynamic monitoring system was developed based on the LabVIEW platform with the functions of real-time wireless transmission, real-time display and determining whether the compactness was qualified. In Yuchu expressway of Yunnan province, the project was measured. Through comparing the field construction monitoring interface with the remote monitoring interface, it was verified that the dynamic monitoring system performed well in the aspects of difference, accuracy and applicability of transmission results. The research results show that: the system developed by 4G technology belongs to a new compactness detection method, which solves the problem that the compactness of the road cannot be detected in time and comprehensively, and overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional compactness detection method. The proposed dynamic monitoring system of vibration compaction has reference value for guiding road construction.
