基于地理探测器的重庆市城镇建设用地变化及驱动因素研究

Change and Driving Factors of Urban Construction Land in Chongqing Based on Geodetector

摘要: 随着我国城镇化进程加快,城镇建设用地无序扩张致使耕地流失、土地利用低效、城市空间结构紊乱等问题日益突出。以重庆市为例,在分析2000—2015年城镇建设用地时空演变的基础上,利用熵权法、地理探测器探讨城镇建设用地面积变化的驱动因素。研究结果表明:①从时间上看,近15年来,重庆市城镇建设用地增长率先波动式增长,后趋于平缓,面积呈上升趋势,相比2000年增加了259.09%;从空间上看,全局Morans I显示城镇建设用地分布具有空间集聚性,主城九区城镇建设用地增长明显,而巫山、奉节等经济发展较慢的地区面积变化不明显;②利用熵权法、地理探测器分析显示影响城镇建设用地变化的主要因素为产业规模与人口规模,区位条件影响偏小;城镇化率、地区生产总值、第二产业产值、第三产业产值等因素以增强型交互作用共同影响城镇建设用地变化,但交互作用的影响程度存在差异。研究结果对识别重庆市城镇建设用地变化及驱动因素,为引导其城镇建设用地合理配置提供科学依据。

Abstract: With the acceleration of urbanization in China, the disorderly expansion of urban construction land has caused the loss of arable land, the inefficiency of land use and the disorder of urban spatial structure. Taking Chongqing as an example, based on the analysis of the spatial and temporal evolution of urban construction land from 2000 to 2015, the driving factors of the area change of urban construction land were discussed by entropy method and geodetector. The results show that: ① In terms of time, in recent 15 years, the growth rate of urban construction land in Chongqing has taken the lead in fluctuating growth, then tended to be flat, and the area of urban construction land in Chongqing has increased by 259.09% compared with 2000; spatially, Morans I shows that the distribution of urban construction land has spatial agglomeration, the urban construction land in the nine districts of the main city has grown significantly, while the area of the economically slower areas such as Wushan and Fengjie County has not changed significantly. ② The use of entropy method and geodetector shows that the main factors affecting the change of urban construction land are the industrial scale and population size, and the location conditions are less affected. Urbanization rate, GDP, output value of secondary industry, output value of tertiary industry and other factors have enhanced interaction to influence the change of urban construction land, but the degree of interaction is different. The research results provide a scientific basis to identify the changes and driving factors of urban construction land as well as guide the rational allocation of urban construction land.
