Influences of M ixing M ethods and M odel Temperature on Performance of the Polyester Fiber·enhanced Asphalt Concrete

摘要: 采用多指标正交试验,模拟路面施工时的压实温度,运用极差分析法和综合平衡法确定了纤维沥青砼生产和 施工的优化方案,通过马歇尔试验研究,阐述了干拌法、湿拌法和后拌法等3种拌和工艺的特点,分析了3种拌和工 艺和压实温度对纤维沥青砼马歇尔指标的影响.在此基础上对纤维沥青砼的生产和施工提出了~些建议.

Abstract: The mode1.temperature in road construction is simulated by multi-index orthogonal test,and the characteristics of three mixing methods including the dry-mixing method,wet-mixing method and compound-mixing method are elaborated, and the efects of diferent mixing method s and model temperatures on Marshall index of fiber-enhanced asphalt concrete are allalysed in Marshall test.At last,some advices on the production and construction of the fiber-enhanced asphalt concrete are given.
