Simulation on Balanced Reinforced Concrete Beam Without Preset Crack

摘要: 设计了一种不含预设裂缝的钢筋混凝土适筋梁,在承受四点弯曲的作用下,通过非线性和XFEM有限元算法进行了仿真计算。两种方法对于适筋梁的计算结果都是有效的,非线性结果应 力变形的变化符合材料的本构关系;基于XFEM的计算更接近于真实情况。尝试了对不含预设裂缝钢筋混凝土梁的模拟,即在断裂力学的判断准则下裂缝的数量和位置都是随机的;在混凝土开 裂后裂缝的扩展趋势与实际情况符合并且梁在最终破坏时受拉钢筋和受压钢筋全部达到拉压极限,与适筋梁的设计要求相符。

Abstract: A crack-free reinforced concrete beam under four-point bending was designed. The simulation calculation was carried out by both nonlinear and XFEM method, which were proved to be effective. Firstly, the stress-displacement relation of nonlinear results conformed with the material constitutive relation. Secondly, the calculation of XFEM was closer to reality. It was simulated for no preset cracks in reinforced concrete beam. Both the number and the location were random when cracks appeared under criterion of fracture mechanics, and the growth of cracks conformed to the truth. All the tensile and compressive rebar reached the material limit, which met the designing requirement of the balanced-reinforced concrete beam.
