桥梁检测车悬架弹簧多级减振性能分析

Multi-Degree Vibration Damping Performance Analysis of Suspension Spring of Bridge-Detection Vehicle

摘要: 根据非线性悬架系统特点,分析了三级刚度螺旋弹簧减振系统的工作原理和刚度特性。以某款桥梁检测车为对象,匹配设计了其三级刚度螺旋弹簧减振系统,并对减振系统进行了弹性 特性、振动频率、阻尼特性分析。研究结果表明:多级刚度减振系统比单刚度系统具有更加理想的弹性特性曲线,更能满足汽车多负荷工况的需求;采用多级刚度减振系统可以降低汽车振动 ,提高汽车行驶平顺性和舒适性。

Abstract: According to the characteristics of nonlinear suspension system, the working principle and stiffness characteristics of 3-degree rigidity spiral spring vibration attenuation system were analyzed. Taking one certain bridge-detection vehicle as research object, the matching design of 3-degree rigidity spiral spring vibration attenuation system was done, and the elastic characteristic, frequency of vibration and damping characteristic of the vibration attenuation system were analyzed. The results show that multi-degree vibration attenuation system has a more ideal elastic stiffness characteristic curve comparing with single stiffness system, and it can meet the demands of multiple load case. Multi-degree vibration attenuation system can reduce vibration of the vehicle, and improve automobile’s smoothness and comfort.
