摩阻效应对现浇平转连续梁桥转体前变形的影响

Friction Effect on Deformation before Rotation of Horizontal Swing Continuous Beam Bridge

摘要: 结合有限元分析软件,对现浇梁与底模支架之间的摩阻系数和模板黏结约束情况进行了分析,计算了主梁最 大悬臂状态各单元挠度变化规律,说明一定情况下此摩阻效应对梁体变形有不可忽略的影响。

关键词: 连续梁桥, 平转施工, 支架现浇, 摩阻效应, 变形

Abstract: Combined with finite element analysis software,the frictional coefficient between the casting beam and the holder of bottom shuttering were analyzed; the deflection change of every element in the girder was calculated when the pre-stressed reinforced steel stretched to the biggest cantilever state. The results indicate that the friction effect has noticeable impact on the monitor checking of the inverted camber of beam body.
