摘要: 研究早期混凝土内部湿度的分布规律对控制早期混凝土裂缝具有重要意义。以现有试验结果和扩散理论为基础,分析了影响混凝土湿度扩散系数因素,采用MATLAB数值方法求解出不同水灰比下混凝土内部的湿度分布情况,并和已有试验结果进行了对比,结果表明数值计算与试验结果吻合良好,该数值方法计算的湿度场可为防止早期混凝土表面开裂提供参考。

Abstract: It’s important to make researches on concrete moisture distribution for better controlling cracks of concrete at early age. Based on diffusion theory and existed experiments, the factors influence concrete moisture diffusion coefficient were analyzed. The moisture distribution of concrete with different water /cement ratio was also analyzed by solving partial difference equation with Matlab. The results show that the calculation is in good agreement with the experiments. The moisture distribution calculated by the numerical method can provide references for prevented surface cracking of concrete at early age.
