摘要/Abstract

摘要： 本文结合作者在国外承包工程中的实践，探讨了在履约过程中，咨询工程师的地位与作用以及承包人在与之交往中应注意的几个问题．同时，还从项目经营管理的角度，探讨了承包人的自我约束机制，并强调了项目管理组织机构模式与管理制度在承包人执行FIDIC条款中的重要性．
