T变箱加固新技术应用实例

摘要: T变箱加固梁桥是一种加固T型梁桥的新方法,通过在T梁的肋底采用高强膨胀螺栓和环氧树脂砂浆黏贴 钢板,将原截面由T型截面转变成箱型截面,从而达到提高原桥承载力的目的。通过贵阳铁路跨线桥的加固案例分 析,说明该法很好地利用箱型梁抗弯、抗扭刚度以及整体性能,具有节省工期、施工简便且不中断交通施工等优点。

Abstract: Changing?T?beam?into?box?beam?is?a?new?method?to?reinforce?the?bridge?with?T?girder.?To?improve?the?bearing?capacity?of?the?bridge,?the?original?section?is?changed?from?T-section?into?box?section,?using?the?high-strength?bolts?and?to?epoxy?mortar?expansion?paste?plate?in?the?end?of?the?ribs?of?the?T-beam.?This?new?method?makes?good?use?of?anti-bending?ability?and?torsional?rigidity?of?box?beam?;?therefore,?it?achieves?the?target?of?improving?the?overall?performance?significantly?comparing?with?the?traditional?T-beam?technology?theory.?This?new?method?is?advantageous?to?reduce?the?construction?period?,to?simplify?the?construction?process?and?have?no?traffic?disruption.?A?case?study?of?Guiyang?Railway?T-Beam?Bridge?reinforcement?is?provided?to?be?referenced
