基于GTM方法的橡胶沥青混合料性能试验

摘要: 为研究适合于GTM旋转成型方式的橡胶沥青混合料的级配特点及路用性能,基于GTM物理力学设计方法 进行橡胶沥青混合料的配合比设计,对连续级配和4??75mm通过率不同的3种间断级配分别进行系统研究,主要依 据力学性能参数确定其最佳沥青用量。在此基础上,对比研究不同成型方式下橡胶沥青混合料试件的线膨胀情 况,认为橡胶沥青混合料基于GTM设计方法可以采用连续级配,而且,通过综合对比路用性能,认为GTM方法更 加适合于连续级配混合料的设计。

Abstract: In?order?to?research?the?gradations?and?road?performance?of?the?rubber-asphah?mixture?suitable?for?GTM?rotational?motdding,?the?mixing?ratio?of?rubber-asphalt?mixtures?is?designed?according?to?GTM?physical?mechanics.?Systematic?research?on?the?continuous-graded?and?three?kinds?of?gap-graded?mixtures?with?different?through?rate?of?4.?75mm?is?carried?out?respectively.?Without?considering?the?volume?parameters?,and?the?optimum?asphalt?volume?is?made?out?only?aeeording?to?the?physical?and?mechanical?parameters,including?GSI?and?GSF.?On?this?basis,the?linear?expansion?of?the?rubber-asphalt?designed?in?different?moulding?ways?is?studied?contrastively,?and?it?is?proved?that?the?continuous-graded?rubber-asphalt?mixtures?can?be?used,?according?to?GTM?design?method.?Through?comprehensive?and?contrastive?evaluation?of?the?road?performance,?it?is?effectively?proved?that?GTM?design?method?is?more?appropriate?to?design?the?continuous-graded?rubber-asphalt?mixtures.
