级配对橡胶沥青混合料空隙率的影响

摘要: 橡胶沥青混合料被越来越多的用作面层材料,但是国内现行沥青路面设计、施工规范中都还没有橡胶沥青混 合料专用级配的介绍,有必要进行相关研究。在室内使用旋转压实仪成型橡胶沥青混合料试件,通过对不同级配 橡胶沥青混合料试件的空隙率测定,总结级配对间断级配橡胶沥青混合料空隙率的影响规律,并提出橡胶沥青混 合料的各档料用量的取值范围。在保证较低沥青用量的前提下,实现对橡胶沥青混合料的空隙率控制,有利于对 实际施工的理论指导。

Abstract: Rubber?asphalt?mixture?has?been?used?more?and?more?as?a?surface?material;however,?no?introduction?to?special?gradation?of?rubber?asphalt?mixture?can?be?found?in?current?domestic?asphalt?pavement?design?and?construction?norms.?So?the?research?on?the?discontinuous?gradation?of?rubber?asphalt?mixture?is?very?necessary.?SGC?(?Superpave?Gyratory?Compactor)?is?used?to?mold?the?test?sample?of?rubber?asphalt?mixture?in?the?room.?The?impact?rule?of?gradation?on?the?voidage?of?discontinuous?gradation?rubber?asphalt?mixture?is?summarized,?through?the?measurement?of?the?voidage?of?rubber?asphalt?mixture?test?sample?with?different?gradations.?And?the?range?of?each?level?of?the?aggregate?is?pointed?out.?The?voidage?of?rubber?asphalt?mixture?can?be?better?controlled?when?the?bitumen?content?is?low,which?is?beneficial?to?provide?a?better?guidance?to?the?road?construction.
