摘要： 在全市骨架高速公路和“八小时重庆”公路交通取得长足进步后,笔者分析了重庆市农村社会经济与农村公路的关系和农村公路存在的主要问题,按“连通度法”提出了农村公路发展规模与目标,从重庆市“三大经济区”的发展策略对农村公路网进行布局,提出农村公路发展政策与措施建议.

Abstract: After a big progress of the development of the skeleton freeway and “Eight Hours Chongqing” arterial highway transportation has been made , this paper analyses the relationship between the rural social economy and rural highways of Chongqing and main problems in the rural highways, puts forward the development goals and scales of the rural highway by the way of ” Link Connection” , makes a layout of the rural highway according to the development strategy of ”Three Economy Regions” of Chongqing , and also suggests the policies and measures of the development of the rural highway .
