超薄白色罩面板脱空的模拟及分析

摘要: 对超薄白色罩面(UTW)结构采用变尺寸接触模型模拟板底未脱空时及板分别出现不同程度的纵缝边缘脱 空、横缝边缘脱空和板角脱空情况下等不同情况,基于ANSYS软件分析了脱空下罩面板的受力特性及路面破坏 的原因和破坏模式,并通过试验观测对分析的结果进行了验证,指出设计及施工时应采取措施保证u1w层间粘 结,避免罩面过早破坏.

Abstract: ANSYS Software is utilized in the structural analysis of the panel faulting in Ultra-thin Whitetopping pavement(UTW). Different contact conditions were simulated with various dimensions in the model,which include the panels without faulting and those with faulting to diferent extents at three diferent locations.The locations are the edge along the longitudinal joint,the edge along the transversal joint,and the cornel The mechanical properties of the upper panels were also discussed,as well as the reason and the pattern of the pavement breakage.The analysis was verified through the field test observations.It was pointed out that measures should be taken during the course of design and construction,to provide a good bonding condition between UTW and the underlying asphalt layer and to avoid early failures of UTW pavement.
