摘要/Abstract

摘要： 针对农村公路的使用情况和目前养护管理体制的不完善，提出了适应市场运行规律的管理机制，明确了相应的责任和权利，以尽可能少的养护资源和资金，满足农村经济发展对公路通行能力及服务质量的需求，实现社会效益的最大化．

关键词: 农村公路, 养护管理, 管理体制

Abstract: This text primarily aim ats the usage circumstance of the village highways with the current management system of not perfect,bring upped the management mechaism in keeping with the market circulating regulation.Clear and definite cowgirl of duty with rights，with possibly little protect the resources with funds，satisfy village economy development need highway go through ability and service quantity,realize maximizing of highway resources and funds performance．
