Modeling and Simulation of Sugar Cane Harvester Hydraulic System Based on AMESim

摘要: 通过简要介绍甘蔗收割机类型和主要结构,设计出了小型整杆式甘蔗收割机的液压系统。对该液压系统的闭 式行走系统的控制特点和DA 阀工作原理进行了分析; 对开式工作装置液压系统中采用的LUDV 负荷传感控制系 统的控制原理及优点进行了分析; 并利用AMESim 软件对部分执行机构进行建模仿真。仿真结果表明: LUDV 负荷 传感控制系统符合机器的工作要求。

Abstract: Through a brief introduction of the type and structure of the sugar cane harvester,the hydraulic system of the small overall sugar cane harvester is designed. The control features of closed walking system and the working principle of DA valve are analyzed. The control principle and advantages of LUDV load sensing control system,which is used in the open device hydraulic system,are analyzed; and part of the implementing agencies are modeled and simulated by AMESim software. Simulation results show that LUDV load sensing control system meets the work requirements of the machine.
