摘要: 生存、发展、环境、社会和人力5 大支持系统是可持续发展的本质要素,能够作为判定可持续发展能力的基础 要素组。从5 大支持系统的角度出发,对一个区域可持续发展状况进行综合评价。采用层次分析法确定5 大支持 系统评价指标体系各级指标的权重,通过线性比例变换法计算各级指标的标准分值,对标准分值按各自的权重加权 求和,即可计算出重庆水运5 大支持系统的综合评价值,进而得出重庆水运可持续发展的总体评价值,即可持续发 展度。

Abstract: Five supporting systems,which are survival,developmental,environmental,and social and manpower,are the essential factors for the sustainable development,and can be regarded as the basic elements for judging the ability of sustainable development at the same time. From the aspects of the five supporting systems,a comprehensive evaluation to the sustainable development of a region is made. The hierarchical analysis method is applied to calculate the index weights of each supporting system and linear transformation is used to get the standard value of index weights. Then the total evaluation on Chongqing waterway transportation sustainable development is obtained,which achieves to the degree of sustainable development.
