Abstract: The paper has summarized the influence of the built Binjiang road and the bridges crossing river on the water way and barber, analyzed the navigation conditions in the address of the bridge programmed to be built, and pointed out that the unified planning is necessary to build rlad bands and bridges along the rivers in the cities; it specially demonstrate the necessity of avoiding the newbuilding bridges crossing river and Binjiang road to do a harm to the harbor and the water way
