交通标志有效性的模糊综合评价

Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation for Effectiveness of Traffic Signs

摘要: 从交通标志设计的版面设计、结构设计和布设等3个环节,对影响交通标志有效性的因素进行识别。运用层次分析法建立交通标志有效性评价指标体系,并借助数学中的多级模糊综合评价方法,分析了交通标志的有效性;利用1~9标度法和Boolean矩阵来确定各层次因素的权重集,并提出以70分为界的得分评价。实例计算表明:该方法不仅能够对交通标志的有效性进行整体评价,而且能够简单方便地辨识出影响其作用发挥的主要因素。

Abstract: Influence factors of traffic sign effectiveness were identified from the three links of traffic sign design: layout design, structural design and arrangement design. The analytic hierarchy process was used to establish the effectiveness evaluation index system of traffic signs, and the effectiveness of traffic signs was analyzed with the aid of multistage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of mathematics. In the process, it’s 1 ~ 9 scaling method and Boolean matrix that were used to determine the weight of each level factors set, and the score evaluation at 70 points-boundary was put forward . The results of calculating example show that this method not only can evaluate the overall effectiveness of the traffic sign, but also can identify the main factors preventing it from working easily and conveniently.
