活化煤矸石改性沥青胶浆高温性能影响因素研究

Influence Factors of High Temperature Performance of Activated Coal Gangue Modified Asphalt Binder

摘要: 采用动态剪切流变试验(DSR) 对比研究了不同粉胶比条件下(0.6,0.8,1.0,1.2,1.4)和不同温度条件下(64,70,76,82 ℃)活化煤矸石和矿粉改性沥青胶浆的高温流变性能;运用灰熵法分析了活化煤矸石改性沥青胶浆高温性能影响因素——温度、活性成分SiO2含量、粉胶比、135 ℃运动黏度、胶浆软化点——的显著性。结果表明:活化煤矸石代替矿粉作为填料可使沥青胶浆的高温性能有大幅提高;粉胶比对活化煤矸石改性沥青胶浆高温性能有最显著影响。

Abstract: Through the dynamic shear rheological tests (DSR), the high temperature rheological properties of activated coal gangue modified asphalt mortar with different filler-asphalt ratios (0.6,0.8,1.0,1.2,1.4) and different temperatures (64,70,76,82 ℃) were investigated, and the results were compared with those of mineral powder modified asphalt mortar. Then, the grey entropy was applied to analyze the significance of influencing factors of the high temperature of activated coal gangue modified asphalt mortar such as temperature, active ingredient content of SiO2, filler-asphalt ratio, kinematic viscosity at 135 ℃ and softening point of asphalt mortar. The test results show that the activated coal gangue instead of mineral powder as the filler can make the high temperature performance of asphalt mortar greatly increase. Filler-asphalt ratio has the most obvious significance to the high temperature performance of activated coal gangue modified asphalt mortar.
