破碎砾石与沥青的黏附性能分析

Adhesion Performance of Crushed Gravel and Asphalt

摘要: 为有效利用新疆破碎砾石,通过对新疆破碎砾石黏附性试验、浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验,研究了破碎砾石水稳定性评价方法;依据表面自由能理论,分析了破碎砾石、沥青、水之间黏结时自由能变化情况。结果表明:破碎砾石中黏附性能最差类型的集料可用于代表破碎砾石的总体黏附性能。根据表面自由能理论,运用自由能比值绝对值可有效定量分析破碎砾石、沥青、水之间黏结时自由能降低程度,提出了破碎砾石的自由能比值绝对值计算方法。

Abstract: For the effective use of Xinjiang crushed gravel, the water stability evaluation methods of broken gravel were studied, through the adhesion test, immersion Marshall Test and freeze thaw split test of Xinjiang crushed gravel. Based on the surface free energy theory, the free energy changes of the bonding among crushed gravel, asphalt and water were analyzed. The results show that the worst aggregate type of broken gravel adhesion performance can be used to represent the overall adhesion performance; according to the surface free energy theory, the adoption of the absolute value of the ratio of free energy can effectively and quantitatively analyze the reduce degree of free energy of bond among gravel, asphalt and water. The calculation method of free energy absolute value ratio for crushed gravel was proposed.
