基于失控车辆诱导的斜护墩设计

Design of Oblique Guard Pier Based on Induction of Runaway Vehicle

摘要: 为建设更加安全、经济、环保的低等级公路侧路安保设施,提出了斜护墩的概念。通过结合HYPERMESH和LS-DYNA两种软件,对斜护墩、道路以及车辆碰撞模型体系进行整合,建立起完整的碰撞模型;使用LS-PREPOST对不同旋转角下车辆与斜护墩碰撞结果进行了数值分析。研究表明:斜护墩对失控车辆有着良好的诱导能力。结合公路交通安全设施设计规范,针对不同线型路段特点进行斜护墩旋转角度及布设间距研究,提出了一套较为完整的低等级公路路侧安保设施解决方案。

Abstract: In order to build safer, more economical and environmentally friendly rural road side security facilities, the concept of oblique guard pier was proposed. By using software HYPERMESH and LS-DYNA, oblique guard pier, road and vehicle collision model system were integrated, and a complete collision model was established. LS-PREPOST was used to carry out a numerical analysis on the vehicle and the oblique guard pier collision under different rotation angles. The results indicate that oblique guard pier has a good ability to induce the runaway vehicle. On this basis, combined with road traffic safety facilities design specifications, retaining pier oblique angle of rotation and linear layout spacing for different sections of study, a more complete rural highway roadside security infrastructure solutions were proposed.
