特细砂硅粉砼的试配及分析

摘要: 根据试验室试配特细砂硅粉砼实践,对特细砂硅粉砼的试配和力学性能作了介绍.试验表明,利用重庆地区细度模数为1-0的特细砂,仍然可以配制出立方体强度在80 MPa以上的高强度砼,这种砼的抗渗性、耐磨性、抗折强度等力学性能都优于无硅粉砼,对施工也无特殊要求,可试用于工程实践.

Abstract: The paper introduced the properties of the silica fume concrete with ultra-fine sand aggregates based on the lab tests.The tests show that the ultra-fine sand aggregate produced in Chongqing area can be used for the high strength concrete with cube strength 80 MPa or so.The properties of the concrete are much better than ordinary concrete on bent strength, abbreviation and permeability.There is no special requirement to the concrete construction.So, this type of concrete can be used for engineering practice.
