旧水泥混凝土路面沥青加铺层设计影响因素研究

摘要: 目前国内外旧水泥混凝土路面沥青加铺层的设计方法尚未完善,至今仍未有公认的合理可行的设计方法。在前人研究的基础上,用三维有限元方法计算荷载作用下含土工合成材料夹层的沥青加铺层力学响应情况,分析加铺层底应力及弯沉随加铺层厚度、加铺层厚度模量、旧水泥混凝土层模量、夹层模量、路基模量等因素的变化规律以及影响程度,从而提出在加铺层设计中应给予重点考虑的设计因素,对考虑反射裂缝的旧水泥混凝土路面上沥青加铺层设计方法进行了进一步探索和研究。

Abstract: At present,all of the designs of asphalt overlay on old cement concrete pavement at home and abroad are not perfect,and there is no accepted reasonable and feasible design method.Based on the previous studies,through a three-dimensional finite element analysis program to compute the mechanical response of asphalt overlay with geosynthetics interlayer under the action of load,the influence of parameters like asphalt overlay thickness,asphalt overlay modulus,old cement concrete pavement modulus,geosynthetics modulus,foundation modulus on the stress and deflection in the bottom of asphalt overlay are analyzed.Thus the important factors which should be paid attention to in overlay design method are pointed out,and the design method of asphalt concrete overlay on the old cement concrete pavement considering the reflective cracking is further discussed and explored.
