Impact of Traffic Management and Control on Vehicle Exhaust Emission within Urban Tunnel

摘要: 选取城市中受污染较为严重的隧道为研究对象,在对交通量、道路特征等方面进行详细调查的基础上,联合微观交通仿真和机动车尾气排放模型,提出了交通尾气污染仿真计算方法,分析了不同交通管理控制手段对隧道内机动车尾气污染物排放的影响。以南京九华山隧道为例,基于VISSIM 软件和CMEM 模型构建了相应的仿真平台,模拟车速限制、车型限制、单双号限行等管理措施对尾气排放的影响。研究表明: 该方法能够较好的模拟城市隧道中机动车的运行及尾气的排放。

Abstract: With the rapid development of urbanization and motorization,motor vehicle exhaust pollution is more and more serious in cities. The tunnel which had a serious pollution problem was chosen as the research object. On the basis of a detailed investigation on traffic volume and road characteristics,a computing method of traffic exhaust pollution simulation was proposed,through combining microscopic traffic simulation and vehicle emission model,which analyzed different means of traffic management and control effecting vehicle exhaust emission within the tunnel. Taking Jiuhuashan Tunnel in Nanjing as an example,a simulation platform was built on the basis of VISSIM software and CMEM model,which simulated speed limit,vehicle restrictions,odd-even traffic restrictions and other management measures impacting exhaust emission. The simulation results showed the proposed method could simulate vehicle operation and exhaust emission within urban tunnel exactly.
