基于CRUISE天然气客车动力传动系统优化模拟研究

Simulation Research of the Optimization of Power Transmission of CNG Vehicle Based on CRUISE

摘要: 为了不进行大的发动机设计变动,使改用天然气的客车动力性能得到有效提高,从天然气客车动力传动系统合理匹配这一途径着手,利用先进的整车模拟软件CRUISE,建立了天然气客车整车模型;对天然气发动机与3种传动系统作了匹配分析计算,并进行了动力性能的模拟计算。通过匹配计算,可快速从众多方案中寻求出最佳匹配组合,为天然气客车的设计开发提供指导。

Abstract: In order to enhance the dynamic performance of the CNG bus effectively without big design change of the engine,it is proposed to improve the reasonable matching of power transmission system of CNG bus.The model of CNG bus is established by making use of the advanced simulation software CRUISE;the matching analysis and computation of CNG engine and 3 transmission systems are carried out,and the simulation computation of dynamic performance are also performed.Through matching computation,the optimization combination can be selected out quickly from a large number of optional schemes,and it can be guidance to the design and development of CNG buses.
