摘要： 汽车运输业的技术经济特征反映在资源消耗与提供的运输服务水平之间的相互关系上。本文从系统的角度出发,运用运输成本函数和车辆循环探讨汽车运输业的政策。

Abstract: The motor transport system performance is the interactions between resource consumed and service levels.In this paper, we deal with the policy of motor transport industry through the cost functions and vehicle cycles.
