交通隧道远程变频通风技术研究

Ventilation Technology of Long-Distance Inverter in Traffic Tunnel

摘要: 交通隧道通风的主要作用是以最小的能耗达到隧道运营的安全卫生标准,并且保持风机寿命的最大化。通过分析变频调速技术的电能消耗理论与节能原理,从该技术存在问题入手,详 细研究了存在问题的本质,提出了远程变频通风节能的新技术。试验分别验证了国产某两种品牌变频器加装滤波装置驱动射流风机,结果表明:滤波装置抑制过电压和波形整形效果明显。在 变频器输出端加装滤波装置可使变频器长距离在任意频率下驱动射流风机,从而达到隧道风机节能、可靠、平稳地运行,不但降低了噪声和振动,还延长了风机的使用寿命。最后,通过1∶1 实体隧道试验,验证了该技术的可行性。

Abstract: The main function of traffic tunnel ventilation is to minimize the energy consumption to achieve the safety and health standards of tunnel operation, and to maintain the lifetime of the fan as long as possible. Firstly, the energy-consuming theory and the energy-saving principle of variable-frequency and speed-regulation technology were analyzed. And then, based on the problem occurred in the above technology, the essence of the problem was studied in detail. Therefore, a new technology of long-distance variable-frequency ventilation was proposed. Two kinds of inverters with domestic brands were equipped with the filter devices to drive the jet fan in the test. The results show that the filtering device can restrain the over-voltage and the waveform modification effect is obvious. Installing the filtering device at the inverter output can drive the long distance driving jet fan at any frequency, so as to make the tunnel fan operation energy-saving, reliable and stable. The new technology not only reduces the vibration and noise, but also prolongs the service lifetime of the fan. Finally, the feasibility of the proposed technology was verified by 1∶1 tunnel prototype test.
