考虑飞机运行特性的柔性道面累积损伤计算

Cumulative Damage Calculation of Flexible Pavement Considering Aircraft Operation Characteristics

摘要: 为准确计算柔性道面任一点累计损伤,考虑飞机载重和滑行速度差异,给出了飞机滑行在道面任一横断面处单个主起落架动荷载计算方法;基于单 个主起落架动荷载作用下柔性道面面层底拉应变和土基顶面竖向压应变空间响应分析,引入多轴荷载作用频次影响系数,考虑轮迹横向偏移和纵向分布规 律,得出了单个主起落架在道面任一位置处荷载作用频次的计算方法,并计算了相应位置处道面允许作用次数;基于Miner准则的线性疲劳累积损伤原理 ,提出了可覆盖整个柔性道面的道面累积损伤计算方法。实例表明该方法可行,可为道面分段和横向减薄设计的理论计算提供参考。

Abstract: To accurately calculate the accumulated damage at any point of flexible pavement, considering the difference of aircraft weight and taxi speed, the dynamic load calculation method of the single main landing gear when the aircraft was taxiing on the road surface at any cross-section was given. Based on the spatial response analysis of horizontal tensile strain at the bottom of surface and vertical compressive strain on the top of subgrade under dynamic load of the single main landing gear, the frequency influence coefficient of multiple axles was introduced. Considering the rule of lateral wandering and longitudinal distribution of wheel path, the calculation method of load frequency of the single main landing gear at any position in the plane road was obtained. Besides, the number of allowable load applications was also calculated at the corresponding location. Finally, the calculation method to cover the cumulative damage of surface fatigue cracking and rutting of flexible pavement was proposed based on Miner’s linear fatigue damage cumulative theory. The case study shows that the proposed method is feasible, which can provide reference for the theoretical calculation of pavement segment and lateral thinning design.
