基于高速公路养护的石料场规划研究

Stone Field Planning Based on Expressway Maintenance

摘要: 为了解决我国高速公路养护管理中料场随意布设、生态环境破坏严重、各种小型石料场的不良竞争,而难以保证养护所需石料质量的问题,基于陕 西省石料场的分布和资源特性,研究了石料场和养护站点的关系;将石料场的布置简化为离散选址问题,建立了混合整数规划模型,运用Dakin分支定界 法进行求解;阐述了石料场规划布局的原则和影响因素;应用混合整数规划模型和Dakin分支定界法对陕西省关中地区的高速公路养护石料场进行了规划 布局。结果表明:应用混合整数规划模型和Dakin分支定界法进行石料场布局可以得出合理的石料场布设方案。

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of expressway maintenance management in our country, such as the random layout of the material field, the serious damage to the ecological environment, the bad competition among various small stone fields, the difficulty to ensure the quality of the stone demanded in the maintenance, the relationship between stone fields and maintenance sites was studied, which was based on the distribution and resource characteristics of stone fields in Shaanxi Province. Firstly, the layout of stone field was simplified to the problem of discrete location, and the mixed integer programming model was established. Then to solve the problem, the Dakin branch and bound procedure was used and the principle and influencing factors of stone field layout were expounded. Finally, the plans and layout of the expressway maintenance stone field in the Guanzhong region of Shaanxi province were carried out by the mixed integer programming model and Dakin branch and bound procedure. Research shows that the mixed integer programming model and Dakin branch and bound procedure can be used to obtain the reasonable layout of the stone field.
