预应力锚索不均匀受力原因分析及对策

Analysis and Solution to Uneven Force of Prestressed Anchor Cable

摘要: 针对吉隆坡地铁大马城北站在张拉预应力锚索过程中,发现的部分预应力锚索受力不均匀,偏心现象严重,甚至有的偏心受力多达80%以上,严重影响基坑支护结构的安全性的情况。笔者首先分析了引起锚索不均匀受力的影响因素,然后提出了在锚垫板下添加一种辅助纠偏装置,并通过现场试验进行多次张拉试验进行验证。试验结果表明:在未安装该纠偏装置前,多数锚索存在较大不均匀受力;安装该纠偏装置,可以有效降低锚索的不均匀受力;结合该车站锚索设计资料提出锚索的最大偏心受力不宜大于30%。

Abstract: The tensioning process of pre-stressed anchors in Bandar Malaysia north subway station found that some of them were unevenly loaded and as seriously eccentric as with a force of more than 80%, which severely affected the safety of foundation pit supporting structures. Owing to this, the factors causing uneven anchorage force were analyzed, and the adding of a correcting device under the anchor plate was proposed and multiple tensile tests were conducted for verification. The results show that most anchor cables have large uneven forces before the corrective device is installed and the installation of a correcting device effectively reduces the anchor cables uneven force. Finally, combined with the design information of the anchor cables in the station, it is proposed that the maximum eccentric force should exceed no more than 30%.
