Abstract:The wheel six-component data acquisition and analysis system was based on the wheel force transducer(WFT) as the hardware foundation and programmed by LabVIEW software, which was used for the vehicle wheel force data dynamic acquisition and processing analysis test as well as the completion of the automobile brake performance research.The proposed system made a relatively deep development of WFT and designed three functional modules:wheel force acquisition, data dynamic processing and analysis, and historical data analysis. The real vehicle test was completed on the dry and good asphalt road, which verified the dynamic performance of the proposed system, completed the tests including vehicle speed, braking force and torque, adhesion coefficient and slip rate, and achieved the expected results of the experiment.The research results show that the proposed system has good test performance,which can be used in the test of automobile braking performance, and can provide reference for the research of tire characteristics, road identification and vehicle dynamics characteristics.
