Data Acquisition and Analysis System Design Based on Wheel Six-Component

摘要: 车轮六分力数据采集与分析系统以轮力传感器(WFT)作为硬件基础,通过LabVIEW软件编程设计,用于车辆车轮力数据动态采集和处理分析测试,完成汽车制动性能的研究。该系统对WFT进行了较深的开发,设计了轮力采集、数据动态处理与分析、历史数据分析3个功能模块,并在干燥良好沥青路上完成了实车测试,验证了系统的动态性能,实现了包括车速、制动力和力矩、附着系数、滑移率等测试,达到实验预期效果。研究结果表明:该系统测试性能良好,可用于汽车制动性能测试,并为轮胎特性、道路识别及车辆动力学特性等研究提供参考。

Abstract: The wheel six-component data acquisition and analysis system was based on the wheel force transducer(WFT) as the hardware foundation and programmed by LabVIEW software, which was used for the vehicle wheel force data dynamic acquisition and processing analysis test as well as the completion of the automobile brake performance research.The proposed system made a relatively deep development of WFT and designed three functional modules:wheel force acquisition, data dynamic processing and analysis, and historical data analysis. The real vehicle test was completed on the dry and good asphalt road, which verified the dynamic performance of the proposed system, completed the tests including vehicle speed, braking force and torque, adhesion coefficient and slip rate, and achieved the expected results of the experiment.The research results show that the proposed system has good test performance,which can be used in the test of automobile braking performance, and can provide reference for the research of tire characteristics, road identification and vehicle dynamics characteristics.
