一种永磁有限转角电机的磁场分析

Magnetic Field Analysis of a Permanent Magnet Limited Angle Motor

摘要: 针对用于有限转角机阀开关的有限转角电动机难以采用传统磁路方法设计与分析的问题。基于电磁场理论,分析了一种定子永磁式有限转角电机的工作原理,并利用有限元分析软件Ansoft对其进行了磁场模拟。在永磁体气隙磁密与定子绕组气隙磁密大小相同的情况下,分析电机的电磁转矩随电流及转子位置角变化的关系。仿真结果表明:该种电机定子绕组电流与起动转矩、转矩变化与转子位置角之间在磁路线性区呈线性关系。起动转矩随绕组电流的增大而增大,电磁转矩值则随转子位置角的增大而减小。

Abstract: It is difficult to use the traditional magnetic circuit method to design and analyze the limited angle motor for the valve switch of the limited angle machine.Based on electromagnetic field theory,the working principle of a statin permanent magnet limited angle motor was analyzed and the magnetic field was simulated by using the finite element analysis software Ansoft.When the air gap magnetic density of permanent magnet is the same as that of stator winding, the relationship of the electromagnetic torque of the motor changing with current and rotor position angle was analyzed. The simulation results show that the proposed motor stator winding current is linearly with the starting torque, the torque change and the rotor position angle in the linear zone of magnetic circuit.The starting torque increases with the increase of winding current, while the electromagnetic torque value decreases with the increase of the rotor position angle.
