基于结构方程模型的出租车事故影响因素分析

Analysis of Influencing Factors of Taxi Accidents Based on Structural Equation Model

摘要： 针对出租车驾驶员工作情况与不良驾驶行为对事故的影响情况，对中国西安、西宁、长春及汕头4个城市21家出租车公司中2 091名车租车司机进行问卷调查。在探索性因子分析的基础上，构建工作满意度、鲁莽驾驶及违章驾驶三个变量与事故倾向之间的结构方程模型（SEM）。研究结果表明：SEM可以有效的分析和解释出租车交通事故倾向与相关影响因素之间的关系，其中鲁莽驾驶和违章驾驶与出租车事故倾向显著正相关，而工作满意度与出租车事故倾向显著负相关。

Abstract: Aiming at the impact of taxi drivers’ working conditions and aberrant driving behaviors on the accidents, a survey was conducted on 2 091 taxi drivers from 21 taxi companies in 4 cities such as Xi’an, Xining, Changchun and Shantou. On the basis of exploratory factor analysis, a structural equation model (SEM) between three variables and the crash propensity was established, and the three variables included job satisfaction, reckless driving and illegal driving. The research results show that SEM model can effectively analyze and explain the relationship between taxi accident propensity and its related influencing factors, among which reckless driving and illegal driving are significantly positively correlated with taxi accident propensity, while job satisfaction is significantly negatively correlated with taxi accident propensity.
