大跨径混凝土梁桥体外预应力加固技术

摘要: 跨中长期下挠和梁体开裂是大跨径混凝土梁桥的常见病害,病害的存在与发展导致桥梁维修养护费用的大幅 增加、破坏桥梁美观、严重影响交通和结构安全。采用体外预应力加固技术受力明确、安全,对抑制跨中下挠、控制 裂缝,能起到明显的作用。在分析病害特点及成因基础上,通过对两座主跨超过200 m 的刚构桥加固实践的总结, 提出了针对性措施和体外预应力体系使用建议,供同行参考。

Abstract: Problems with prestressed long-span concrete bridge in China are beam cracks and time-dependent deflection in midspan,which result in higher cost for bridge maintenance and poor sense of beauty, influence structure durability and traffic safety. External prestressing system adopted for long-span concrete bridge strengthening has obvious effect to control cracks and deflection. Based on the strengthening practice of two bridges with main span of over 200m,This paper puts forward relevant measures and some useful suggestion for external prestressing system.
